The room had coffee/tea making facilities and a fridge, which I found to be a nice touch, and the hotel's location was convenient, just a short walk from the underground station.

All in all a great hotel. Perfect location, small center right next to the hotel with very good restaurants. You can enjoy the peace and quiet here, right next to the university. Nearby is the tram, which for 1,50 per person leads directly to the center "unita" to the cathedral. Fitness room super, one day too many mosquitoes, because the window was open all day. The breakfast was great. Here nothing is missing. The bathroom a little bit badly lit, but in the bedroom you have a big mirror to do your hair etc. You can use it for hair etc. Otherwise no animals, no dust, no dirt in the room. Package floor available - allergy friendly. Staff very nice and obliging. The price of the hotel is higher than in other 4 star hotels, but the Hilton hotels have a constant standard and for the price very good. There is a pool missing, we can note this as a minus. Otherwise you see a good choice for your stay in Florence.

The location - really far away from the centre and in not nice area.

I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport and because I believed from something I came across online, that there was a free shuttle to the airport, which there was not. But other than its out-of-the-way location, it was a beautiful hotel.

I was disappointed about the lack of an airport shuttle and the lack of assistance when we called about information on how to get to the hotel from Santa Maria Novella train station. Also, the bathroom door did not close completely.

The breakfast here was fantastic with a variety of fruits and juices that you'll love.

The Restaurant offers little choice of fresh Salads and light food. But the service was impeccable

The hotel seems to be quite new in a quiet area. The King room was spacious for two people and well furnished. The bathroom was also a very decent size and well equipped. Reception staff was friendly and helped with questions. Breakfast buffet was good with fresh fruit, pastries, bread and a wafflemaker (and more). Omlettes and cappucinos sometimes took a little long to arrive. The lunch we had during the workshop was good too. Opposite the hotel is a small "park" in which one can take a stroll or have a pic-nic.

There is nothing I did not like, but people need to be aware that the hotel is not in the centre of town. A bus stop is close by and it takes between 10 and 20 min to get into the city centre depending on traffic.

The king room here had a lovely view of the garden and the bed was the most comfortable I've experienced in Italy.

This hotel was a fantastic base for exploring Florence. The staff at the reception desk were very helpful and efficient. The location was good and perfect, minutes away from attractions like a cathedral and a church. Visiting a movie theater and eateries minutes away from the hotel was easy. I was here for 3 days and would come back for sure.

The room was functional, and new-fashioned, with central heating, a personal safe and pay television. Truly enjoyed the location to Florence city centre:)))

Far away from center and charge for parking. But have bus near by and free parking if you take upgraded room ;)
